PROOF & CREDIBILITY
Technology changes quickly. Workforce capability does not change automatically with it. Move78 was built around that gap.
Our work combines business operating experience, workforce assessment, role-based development, adaptive learning and practical AI enablement. The common thread is simple: understand where people are today, develop what they actually need, connect learning to real work and measure progress.
Original workforce frameworks — the 7 Levels of AI Competency, Raise the Floor and the adaptive learning model behind Academy78 give organizations a structured way to understand and develop capability.
Real program delivery — workforce learning designed and delivered for employees with very different starting points, from people new to AI and modern digital tools to experienced managers and advanced users.
Industry operating context — grounded in real business environments where adoption, productivity, customer expectations, legacy systems and employee confidence all collide.
Practical executive education — speaking, workshops and leadership sessions that translate emerging technology into decisions leaders and employees can actually use.
We are intentionally not building this page around customer logos or generic testimonials. The stronger proof is in what has actually been built, delivered and learned.
Move78 has used the Raise the Floor approach to turn AI readiness from a vague training topic into a structured workforce-capability program. The model starts by measuring competency, then targets development to the employees who need foundational help while giving more advanced users a clearer governance and leadership path.
Programs are designed around practical use: understanding AI, working effectively with LLMs, applying AI to everyday tasks, improving judgment and verification, using tools responsibly and connecting learning to the organization's own work. The result is a common language for AI capability and a clearer way for leaders to support employees at different starting points — without pretending everyone needs the same level of expertise.
Adaptive digital reskilling has been deployed and trialled across many organizations and operating locations. The largest single deployment was built for an organization of roughly 700 employees across about 25 branches: eight stakeholder interviews and 24 targeted learning sessions — eight digital disciplines, each built at three depth levels.
The program was mapped to the organization's real technology environment and launched through its existing LMS. Short pre-assessments route each learner to the appropriate level before the learning begins, so experienced users are not forced through introductory content and less confident users are not dropped into material that assumes too much.
The content reflects actual tools, workflows and employee realities rather than generic software examples — and the same adaptive structure can be reshaped for another organization far faster than starting from scratch.
Move78 does more than create a competency scale. We have developed working workforce-distribution models that map current public research on AI awareness, usage and adoption into the 7 Levels framework across Canada, the United States, Europe and the global workforce. That work helps organizations compare an internal workforce profile with a broader external context, examine how the distribution is shifting over time and start more useful conversations about where different roles should realistically sit.

Move78 founder and CEO Rick Pozniak brings decades of experience in B2B and industrial distribution, digital transformation, technology adoption and workforce development. His perspective comes from working inside operating businesses where technology decisions eventually become people, process and adoption decisions.
That experience shapes Move78's practical bias: fewer abstract transformation models, more attention to what employees can actually do, what managers need from them and what will make a new way of working stick.

Rick speaks with executive teams, industry associations, conference audiences and workforce groups about the practical human side of digital and AI adoption. Recent public conference work includes a 2026 regional electrical-distribution keynote focused on workforce metrics and technology-enabled competitiveness.

The technology is only useful when the workforce can use it well. Move78 focuses on the capability layer between technology investment and business results: measurement, reskilling, adoption, responsible use and practical application.
